Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

I understand that all fees must be paid in full by week 4 of every term or the account will incur a $10.00 late fee.
If you have applied for a payment plan and this has been approved, I understand that I am required to make weekly or fortnightly payments consistently throughout the term. The account must be finalised by week 10 of any given term
Failure to make payments consistently will result in a $10 overdue fee
I have read and understand the fee information and conditions and will keep my fee account up to date.
I understand there are no refunds for missed lessons, no exceptions.
We do not offer make-up lessons as regular attendance is expected
Students withdrawing from Dance Xplosion must give 2 weeks notice. Fees will be adjusted from this date.
Failure to give 2 weeks notice will result in the account not being adjusted and and the account to be paid in full within 7 days of receiving final invoice.
Any unpaid invoices will be forwarded to our debt collection specialists for immediate action.
All students must wear the correct uniform and shoes. All uniforms are available through the online shopping cart or the studio
Dance Xplosion will not be held responsible or liable for any injury sustained by a student and/or personal property lost or damaged whilst under the supervision of our employees/volunteers.
Dance Xplosion has a Child Safe Environment policy
Students and their parents/caregivers must be respectful to all other students, employees and volunteers of Dance Xplosion
Photos and/or videos may be taken of your child and used for advertising and/or training purposes. This may include in newspapers and Facebook.
