Classes

Stretch & Limber

This class is an excellent workout for all-round fitness and great for students of all ages!  The class consists of warm-up, posture, stretch, and flexibility exercises.  Students train and condition the upper, mid, and lower body.  All dancers benefit greatly from the body awareness, balance, strength and coordination taught in this class.   

Uniform
  • Classical ballet mulberry leotard or Dance Xplosion racer back top
  • Plain black leggins or plain black shorts
  • Pink ballet tights
  • Black socks
  • Hair is to be in a neat ballet bun
