Cheerleading is one of our recreational classes. It will begin with stretching and warm-up exercises. Stretching is essential for all cheerleading classes, whether you're a beginner or more skilled. Stretching provides improved flexibility, which will help your tumbling passes, jumps and stunting. You will learn dance elements of cheerleading as well as the basic jumps essential for cheer, including pikes, hurdlers, tuck jumps, spread eagles, and toe touches.
Cheerleading is for students age 7 - 14 years
Dance Xplosion cheer leading dress and black sports briefs or Dance Xplosion racer back top or crop top
Dance Xplosion leggins or shorts are preferred but plain black may be worn
